Golden Care is handling the personal health information, which may be the most sensitive information of patients. Golden Care secures the personal information of the patients physically, technically and administratively to provide safety and comfort for the patients to organize and manage the personal health information. Especially, from the input process, the Golden Care platform would not identify the patients’ physical and legal identity by

1. Registration by SNS or email ID,
2. Tool provided to users to remove or erase personal information voluntarily when capturing the medical related documents by camera,
3. Permanent erase of the picture-taken medical related documents after being recorded on the platform database to prevent any possible
    anxiety of patients

However, with the agreements to the terms and condition by the patients, “SNS ID or Email address” can be used for promotional events, advertisement, other purpose of business operation and/or anonymous statistical purposes.
The documents issued by health institutions, such as medical bills, prescriptions, diagnosis, operative notes, etc. can be managed.
However, your personal identifiable information, such as names, etc. will not be managed for security purpose.
*The current version does not offer the management of medical pictures (e.g., X-rays) but will be provided in the future
No, Golden Care is patient-centered platform that the patient can manage the healthcare information that the patient decides to manage. However, please bear in mind that the information not archived will be excluded from the “Golden Care Reports”
Yes, absolutely.
Golden Care purses the healthcare management of patients’ life time record. You can upload the information you have kept in the past to the Golden Care to centralize and manage your historical health.
The service provided to private users by downloading of the Golden Care app is free.

1. Historical health information record and big data analysis
2. Historical health summary to communicate with healthcare providers are monthly charged at the minimum level

The information provided by Golden Care regarding medicine identifying and other information is provided for the purpose of reference
by using the public data and other information issued by ministry of health and welfare, and Golden care does not provide any clinical opinion.
Therefore, Luke Korea and Golden Care is not responsible for any physical/psychological/clinical damages of the user or the 3rd party caused
by Golden Care users with information used on his/her own purpose decision.

But only English translation service for the Health Report is available at this moment. The current version of Golden Care limits the use of
service for the medical treatment provided in Korea to the foreign patients. However, we plan to launch the versions for different countries
in the future.
Recently, the organizational insurance service for the employees is becoming more important for the welfare of the employee.
Golden Care provides organizational service package to for organizations or groups to provide paid service to the employees or members and
to receive anonymous statistical and macro organizational health trend report.

However, Golden Care is the platform for patients’ health management with integrity. Thus, any inquries or advertisement that may harm
the health of the patients can be excluded for the consideration by internal decisions of professional and moral criteria.
